Produced and edited a very popular series of Public Television intertistial programs featuring Chef Jean-Pierre entitled “The 90 Second Gourmet”. Also produced a series of DVDs for Jean-Pierre’s award winning cookbook “Cooking 101” and a series of recipe shorts entitled “Chef Jean-Pierre’s Gourmet Minutes”
